Each drawing require a considerable amount of time.
The send nudes are images I've captured, which aren't necessarily intended for me, by the way.
I decided to draw each of them on paper.
As the serie progressed, fatigue set in, and out of carelessness, I began to draw my own background, which was reflected on my computer screen.
It turn out that the sheets of one bed, the tip of one leg and my own ashtray, overflowing with cigarettes, that layed on the table behind me, melted all together.
In this way, very intimate landscapes set in.
And I wonder, if doing someone else's self-portrait is ultimately doing a self-portrait ?
